First Meeting

 This is not a sales meeting. We have developed a presentation that is extremely helpful in understanding the build process from concept, to financing, to completion. We want to get to know you, your goals, your schedule, and your budget. From this meeting, you will have a good idea if the building is right for you.

Design

Pick from our portfolio, design a full custom home, or bring your own plan.

Price

Once we have a completed design we put together a material list and estimate the cost of your home.

Contract Signing

Once we sign contracts and receive down payment we order long lead time items like windows and doors. You will begin working with our interior designer to pick all the fixtures and finishes included with your build.

Construction

Generally, construction begins with in 60 days of receiving down payment. Depending on size, location, and type of foundation, you can expect the build to last approximately 6 to 12 months.
