At Abram Homes, we want to meet with potential clients to not only go through our process, but ultimately help you determine if building is the best route for you. This is not a sales meeting. We do this as a service to you and want to make sure that you are well informed about the building process so that you can make the best decision for your family.
When discussing the cost of a building with a contractor, the industry standard is to present the client with a cost of the home itself (by this we mean the building envelope) but that price discussion often leaves off a considerable amount secondary costs like sitework, septic tank, driveway, and appliances just to name a few. At Abram Homes we benefit clients by helping to “count the cost before you build the tower.” At our pricing meeting we strive to include vast majority of the secondary costs that clients are likely to incur during the construction of their home. We realize that you may not want Abram Homes to be contractually responsible for some of these, however, our desire is to make clients aware of the costs and to give them a placeholder for costs they may have otherwise overlooked. We then go through several ways that you can reduce that cost by either eliminating items or making changes to your material and finish selections. At the end of the pricing meeting, you are able to customize your contract, only including the items that you desire.

Please scroll through our collection of recent builds that include finished exterior and interior pictures, as well as floor plans. Yes, we are a custom homebuilder and can build any plan you desire, or work with you to create a custom plan. Do you already have the property picked out for your new home?
There is not a fee for the custom design work, if you build with us. It is included with the price of the build. If you choose not to build with us, then you will only be billed for the cost of the design.

Yes, we are a custom homebuilder and can build any plan you desire or work with you to create a custom plan. We can build your dream home on your land or you can choose from a lot in a subdivision we are approved to build in. We can design and build any plan that you like. As far as an average price per square foot, there are so many variables when pricing homes that we prefer to meet with you and gather information before giving out budget numbers. This allows us to give you a more realistic expectation of cost. This is a no obligation meeting that helps us better help you with your budget regardless of whether you allow Abram to build your new home or elect to use another builder. During this meeting, we will gather information to better help guide you in the planning process as well as visit some of our current homes under construction. We offer cost plus or fixed cost contracts. Regardless of which builder you decide to partner with, we would love to be a resource for you. At the moment, we are not doing minor renovations; however, if you have a sizable addition to your current home we would be interested in speaking with you.
